No, it looks very much like DR abuse. #35 does GS on him out the gate for no reason. Enough to put him in DR.

Once a day, just enough to never let #79 out of DR. Is #79 in on it, I don't know. But it looks bad. I don't care that #79 did a few ABs on the GS clown, he still gets the protection of the DR. Unless #79 either knocks it off or starts doing actual useful ops (missiles, successful ABs) I don't know what he's doing except helping #79. Could be a clueless newb. But that's what he's in effect doing. Alternatively, #79 could fight back enough to actually come out of DR.
