It basically is to be used so other clans cannot get away with doing it to us and then accusing us of doing and wanting to do L:L.
Follow a typical 1:1 retal policy and things would be fine. TF my people and come crying that one of mine did it and want L:L is not cool in my book.
I just don't get how people cannot maximize to get their land back, we don't have a problem most of the time which is why we never had to recognize TF.

The time frame didn't change after #70 did it. You may want to look at time stamps again......
