at approx 4.30 this morning game time i tried to login to defend myself from an attack run. the page would not allow me to login, my details for password and login are all correct but it would not allow me to login. now thanks to that i'm trying to run a country back up from being a parking lot. this is not the first time this error has shown up, i know several players have reported this bug and yet still nothing has been done to fix this. so thank you, for doing nothing and helping make my country a parkinglot

When the log in isn't working it gives you this message:
You have been logged out, or do not have cookies enabled

You keep trying to log in and keep getting that message and being brought back to the log in screen.

Perhaps if this isn't going to be fixed anytime soon, at least that message could be edited to tell people to reset their cookies for the game.

and yeah this happens to me every other day or so

it only annoys me since it happened while i was being attacked. other people have logged on while being attacked only to have captcha appear and died because they can't log in quickly. i understand why captcha is important, especially since some old players had bots to defend for them, but perhaps there needs to be some balance brought in, i'm no expert but players suffering for this kind of thing doesn't seem right

I think the captcha is supposed to be coded in such a way that it should never show up if your country was attacked in the last few minutes.

I have taken a peek at the cookies, there's nothing obviously wrong that I can see anyway; I'll see what I can do about it though.

Well if you don't know what's wrong, I do recommend changing that error message to at least advise people to clear their cookies, since that is the fix

i agree that would help in most situations, but in a stonewalling situation, with attack runs often lasting around a minute that is the difference between walling and just being dead/no building lef
