It's only officially running a farm if it can be proven. :P If you don't publicly disclose your activity, people can wonder as much as they want, but they can't prove either way. .. unless it's blatantly obvious.

If he's offering land to people who PM him that's coordination and he'll be deleted. this is dumb, he says "I can do what I want with my country" but that's obviously not true because galleri already told him he can't haha. Does she need to prove it's not true by deleting him for him to believe it? If he felt like running 0 defense he could but he can't post his info or PM secret land offers to anyone

If he does publicly disclose it though, then he's obviously breaking the rules.
