I run casher in Express and Primary. Not entirely sure what destocking is. Upon reading some previous posts it sounds like destocking is saving money to purchase military at the end of the game to gain NW but that sounds like stocking to me. Or am I totally off? Is destocking selling food/tech/military at the end and then buying the cheapest military/per NW. I'm a confused NOOB

You seem to have a handle on it.

Stocking means storing the goods, destocking would then be selling said goods to jump in NW.

Example of destocking:

I am a casher...I have 2bil cash on hand. There is cheap food on the market so I buy what I need to run my turns and then a crap ton more to stock. I put this food on the market at a rate that it will never sale at (ex. $500/bushel). I continue to do this everyday until the end of the set when I pull all my food off the market, sell it, then buy up military.

That's just a basic example and you can get REALLY detailed about how/when to destock if you want. If you are interested in learning more could join my FFA clan (HS) and I could help you. PM me if interested.
