It's too bad it hasn't updated in a few sets. I'd love to see myself 3rd.

Best 3: $34,533,185 NW

TDA has a near 30m and a 34m. Didn't realize that was about it. He just needs one more to make a big leap

Yep! Anything in the mid-26s should get him to 30m.

My personal problem is I refuse to play CI.

So that leaves me with Techer/Farmer/Casher.

I can't play Techer without Tech allies and I don't care enough to pre-arrange Tech allies like ebert does every set.

Which leaves me with Casher/Farmer.

Personally I think Farmer is slightly stronger than a Casher but having people constantly place food under 40 doesn't help :P.

Farmer, in the purest sense, is stronger - BUT!

1) It's far too market dependent;
2) You have to wait for your cash; and
3) Food does not pump your NW like military or tech.

A techer can have low military and a high NW b/c of tech; an indy is just boss b/c of military; but a farmer has neither. Also, when a techer sells tech or an indy sells military, they can place their goods on the market w/o it harming their NW (i.e. they still appear to be a higher NW and possibly higher defense than they are, which deters grabs) - the farmer does not have either of those.

Which, IMO, makes it far weaker compared to a casher.
