Requim... I read the book and looked at the data for the study. They tell you that carbs are safer than meat - yet those whome ate meat, had a lower cancer risk than those who ate veggies and carbs....

It's just more propaganda designed to stop us from eating animals. I will NEVER give up eating meat. If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat and they wouldn't taste good.
