I haven't talked to Aponic in a week or two since we quickly caught up after not chatting for a while. i happened upon this thread of my of volition looking up how I did something in the new forum UI that I want to use somewhere else.

I also edited the old MD thread too to be fair. The only instance of it left is the one you quoted. The round is over anyway so it's not a huge deal at this point, but should have been deleted when it was posted. Feel free to adjust your own quoting of that post, if you like, as the round is over it doesn't fall under the same policy anyway.

It's not like this is a new policy. And it's an easy to see policy.

Atryn, I don't know who 'Darakna' is but can confirm that they were a SOF member and are currently inactive. Bikerman is an active SOF member. Ford has not been active now for a month since having to deal with some problems in real life. In regard to their comments, I agree with you that they were also of poor taste, less so the comment by Ford.

My questions now to you is, recognizing that it is of poor taste, why are you mimicking it?

Also, why are you jumping to conclusions about me, someone you do not know, contacting a moderator? Why do you think that Pang has singled you out? Is it not fathomable that a mod happened to look at your thread and made an edit and that Pang simply happened by afterward and defended the mod? This is a moderated forum after all...

We had 3 sets of SoF hurling insults and jabs at us that were in poor taste. You'll note that my posts in SoF's thread simply took it as a (tongue in cheek) compliment that they recognized our 75th. So I was returning the favor.

I'll happily accept the coincidental explanation pang gave, it makes sense.
