Ugh, since you won't stop being such a jerk... you were abusing a flaw in the new forum handle system to create new handles to look like other people's names. I turned off your game account so you couldn't keep creating them on your main account. That way we can just delete the new account(s) you create and it's easier cleanup.
So, in short, I disabled your EE account for exploiting a bug in the handle creation system. Once I got home, I patched the bug, and unbanned the account. I messaged Makinso alerting him of this when I did it.

You guys are both on opposite sides of the spectrum to both the alliance I play for and the way I play the game. You have taken potshots at my alliance and I have taken potshots at yours. I have called into question your ability to remain unbiased as an administrator in the face of your, at times, quite pointed commentary on the alliance I play for. We don't need to rehash these incidents but they relate to wars fought between Evo and LaF and in some instances go back a long way.
You claim to separate these comments from your admin work. To this point I have no reason to doubt this despite the fact I feel both of you guys overstep the mark -on occasion- and instead of being the voice of calm and authority, become a voice like mine - an agitator. I have seen a lot of improvement and feel that both of you have taken steps back from leading alliances and this can only strengthen your position.
I have played this game since Dec' 99 and can contribute a lot to this community so here's my pitch. Remove the over-the-top 12 month ban and I will promise to keep my comments about admin specific topics. I won't blur alliance politics with admin politics and will try to be a positive influence on a community that I want to grow and thrive as both of you do.
Pang, I know you in particular have been calling for a stop to "SOL trolls". Some common ground must be found. You cannot keep banning players like myself and BiffBuff (who doesnt even play) and find a common ground. Unban me, and let's see if we can improve this toxic relationship that is developing between SOL and the admins.

just remember to bring a more positive attitude to the forums when interacting with other players who may not share the same beliefs as you -- whether they wear the admin tag or not. and always bring admin-level stuff to us privately before launching into public smear campaigns.

you didn't keep up your end of that agreement then or now. lather+rinse+repeat that kind of thing another few times over the years as well since we're generally pretty lax on letting people off the hook. it's generally less effort to just toss the threads and you than to engage in such discussion.
also, drop your ego... we ban you because you pop up and basically make posts that ask to be banned not because anyone has it out for you as a person. as I said on a mod thread when you started doing this a few days ago, I assumed you were one of SoL's trolls and were flying under the radar. take your tinfoil hat off.
oh, and thanks for your interest in what I'm up to! I've been on vacation and have been more active than the last little while -- both code-wise and seeing what the community is up to.
