I grew up playing sports and continued to play in hs and college and I come from a family of die hard core sports fans. We loved the Red Sox all throughout the 80s and the 90s, when they made us miserable. We loved the Patriots when they were an embarrassment. We stuck with the Bruins when people said they'd never win again.

1. One of your big 'arguments' was that I didn't grow up in a place with horrible sports and you even provided the example of you growing up with horrible professional and college sports as something that made you more of a relevant or authentic sports fan.
You failed to acknowledge that Boston sports were absolutely miserable in the late 80s and all throughout the 90s. When I grew up.

We can go back and forth all day on playoff stats and big game stats and 4th quarter stats but I suspect you'll be able to find a lot to further your case for Peyton and i'll be able to find a lot to further my case for Brady and we'll both at the end of it all still feel the same way on it all.


4. In all of our AT back and forths, you continue to say that I don't have intelligence or knowledge but I am fairly certain that I have scored higher than you on a Stanford Binet.

also brady > manning. brady can pick people outta the stands and make em good (well to an extent) and early season didnt have any stars b/c of injuries and losses to waivers etc. and hernandez killing people. arguably still doesnt though edelman/vareen are pretty good but when the broncos/NE record differs by a game yet broncos have an all-star receiving crew while brady is left with not so good receivers, gotta give brady a whole lot of credit. definitely one of his lesser statistical seasons but hes done a damn fine job this year, probably one of his best even if he can never get a high five lol.

also whoever mentioned playing football in hs matters, i think theres truth to that. i loved football before i played on a team, but damn does it get complicated when you design/run plays it really is a lot deeper than most people think id say. hell even the lineman positions can get tricky when say a tackle pulls to the other side for a power run and you have to get the timing all exact for it to work. so yeah experience playing the game matters imo.
