In express I was attacked by a player. I'm unable to retaliate in any fashion, because of GDI. I also do not have the option to Declare War. What is the reasoning behind this? A play can attack you and simply move past your range of attack.. I'm within 2 mil net. It just doesn't seem fair to me.

once he hits you twice you can level him

both you and him are in gdi?

I'm not in GDI; however, he is in GDI.

you not being in gdi means he can special attack you, that is to say he can ab, gs, missile or any and all spy op you.

until he does these, specialty hits you or double taps you he breaks his gdi and you can war him.

what attacks has he made against you?

If he's attacking you for actions in another server you might have to change ur name.

you can ss or ps any single country on the server once you are both past turn one hundred.
