I agree. Allies are good. I also like the social aspect and some of the buddies I have made over many years from allying up :) Also making enemies is fun

Ehhh, that's not quite a complete response. I mean, sure, you can run with way more defense, but considering def allies were just removed, people WILL be easier to break, that's just a fact. I think if def allies were going to stay removed (I believe it's planned to bring them back) that lowering the PS bonus does make sense.

blid, you always run a huge defense with two top ten allies running a similar buildup strategy, I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, which usually makes you invulnerable. I think I like having no allies. It made me vulnerable to #80 who is playing an all jetter Dictator with tons of weapons tech, but overall it evens up the game. You can't rely on having better DI allies than everyone else

Actually I've found that you can eat very well at a homeless shelter. What pissed me off was when Walmart donated $1000 and it was this huge check like they have on the lotto, and a camera crew, and they spent probably $25,000 on the PR event and wanted to take our pictures, when its Walmart who is responsible for about 1/2 the homelessness in the US having collaborated in the destruction of the industrial base. They almost kicked me out of the shelter, I complained so loudly. Glad I don't have to do all that any more and have the luxury to sit around playing EE with my multiple monitors and a spare computer running mIRC. So don't complain!
