I dont see any rules i broke. If you dont want to follow my suggestion, you can just tell it.
So, i consider it abuse of authority and hence giving him permissions is a bug.
Also, i want to note he is trying to make personal insults on me (its not offends me much, but i still think its wrong to let moderators talk in such way with other players), wich broke game rules:

The bugs forum is not for fluffing about things relating to politics on one of the servers. This is hopefully a place to provide meaningful discussion about suggestions to enhance the game, and to bring bugs to the attention of the admins.

Tella, where do you saw politics things? I just made a suggestion to make this game better by my vision. If you or someone else dont like my suggestion - it can be told and not insulting me or closing my threads.

Stop wasting people's time and trolling in the one place that should honestly be free from trolling. If you want to suggest something that has to do with rules, game mechanics, etc, this is the proper venue. If you have an issue with the politics of the alliance server, stick with AT.

I closed the last thread and will likely be the one that closes this thread as well. Sorry that I did not make that clear at all. And sorry to tella for making it look like it was him.

Either way, its closed. Its not a very productive suggestion, and I feel that the thread content, other than just yourself, was well out of the realms of actual productive suggestion to further the game. I'm all for fun and games, but figured it was getting out of that realm as well.
