Just to let admin and mods know that you cannot steal tech on someone with GDI even though it states in the GDI info that those attacks are allowed regardless of GDI

either update the GDI explantion with it removed or adjust game setting to allow it

Unless you have attacked a country twice or more, that country will only be able to commit the following attacks or harmful spy ops against you: standard strikes, planned strikes, steal tech, bomb banks, burn oil, and burn bushels.

Yeah steal tech was removed from that list, but not from the description I guess

gotcha.. didnt care either way... just obv a typed error or mistake in the setting of the game
