I know luck affects random events and probably attack oversend.

what do you think of say...

1. random events on tech production (so far i dont think i've seen anything that buffs or debuffs tech, while every other strat has their randoms)
2. luck decreases your chances of getting 10% special attack fails

I think luck also effects explore acres

Please remove luck bonus from the game. And random earthquakes/boom events too.

The randomness factor of the above 2 doesn't actually make the game more interesting more so than frustrating because you can't play around them.

Even many top games now use PRNG, to lower the chances of "crit streaks", a system where you could start at 50% for the chance of something to happen, if it happens, the chance halves to 25% for the next event, or goes up to 75% if it doesn't happen, and up again to 87.5% if it doesn't happen egain, etc, because pure randomness is just too frustrating.

ooh it would be nice to have a crit PS/SS once in a while, rather than a fail. but have some form of highlight for it, such that ppl in alliance wont complain and try to overretal

random re/debuffs on tech production might be bit difficult to add since other strats buffs aren't based on how turns are spent.

luck affects basically everything although due randomness its difficult to test.
