When using a phone to play am I going to get deleted for rules violations since my IP changes?

I'm not ready to risk my country this set so I just need some clarification.

While I'm curious btw, what is DR?

Nope. As long as that ip isn't bouncing around the world or being used on multiple accounts.

DR=Diminishing Returns. The more you attack a target, the lower your returns will be. It is removed over time and also if the defending country makes attacks.

Yup, I play from droid and sometimes it does that, you can turn off WiFi, but no it won't get you deleted, however it'll anoy the hell out of you because you will have to re-captcha every time it switches on you and its a pain in the ass if it happens while playing turns :-(
