WHEN TORSTEIN TURNED OUT TO STILL BE ALIVE, IT WAS ONE OF A VERY FEW TV MOMENTS I CAN REMEMBER THAT MADE ME LITERALLY SIT UP SUDDENLY AND SAY, "HA! WOW!"

AND ALL SEASON, I WAS GETTING MORE AND MORE DISHEARTENED ABOUT FLOKI SEEMING TO TURN AGAINST RAGNAR. FLOKI IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS ON THAT SHOW, SO WHEN IT ALL TURNED OUT TO BE A RUSE.... MAN WAS THAT GREAT!

THIS SHOW ALMOST MAKES ME WISH I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT HISTORY. BECAUSE KNOWING WHO THE REAL BJORN IRONSIDE WAS KIND OF LETS ME KNOW ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE BJORN IN THE SHOW, NOW THAT RAGNAR HAS GIVEN HIM THAT NICKNAME... IF THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE THE SHOW SOMEWHAT HISTORICALLY ACCURATE.

ANYWAY... THAT FINALE MADE THIS SHOW JUMP FROM JUST ONE OF MY CURRENT FAVORITES, TO THE HANDS-DOWN WINNER.

This is truly an awesome show. I actually expected Floki to straight up kill the King. But, I was disappointed that he only betrayed him to Ragnar, which ended up well since Ragnar was most gratifying in his killing of the King. :)

I have been watching on that new Amazon streaming system that they put together to compete with Netflix, and over all, I'd say it's easily a match for netflix, and it's somewhat cheaper although you have to pay for a year at a time, not month to month like netflix.

I DID NOT KNOW THAT AMAZON HAD A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FOR STREAMING VIDEO. ONLY HAVE USED AMAZON TO BUY SINGLE EPISODES OF SHOWS WHEN I MISSED THEM AND WAS UNABLE TO GET THEM ON DEMAND.

I HAVE NETFLIX, BUT THEIR SELECTION IS PRETTY DISAPPOINTING.. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT A YEAR TO WATCH SOMETHING. HOW IS AMAZON'S SELECTION? AND WHAT'S THE YEARLY FEE? I FIND THAT I ONLY USE NETFLIX RARELY (NOW THAT I'VE WATCHED ALL OF THE BATTLESTAR GALLACTICA SERIES REMAKE) AND MIGHT DUMP IT IF AMAZON IS OFFERING SOMETHING SUPERIOR.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOW, BUT THAT IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS WATCHED BRAVEHEART AT LEAST 50 TIMES. IF YOU LIKE A MIX OF DRAMA, INTRIGUE, HISTORY, AND SEVERE VIOLENCE, YOU'D PROBABLY LIKE THIS SHOW.

THERE ARE ALSO QUITE A FEW HOT BLONDES. GO FIGURE!

That was fantastic! I was fooled by Floki as well, REALLY happy he was faking the whole time. I loved him, had started to realllllllly dislike him and when I thought he had turned I hated him, then I loved him again. What a ride. I suspected when Rollo was still alive that it maybe was not as it seemed. I fell in love with this show right away when I caught the premiere. It pumps me up so much I work out to the theme song...and its not upbeat at all :P
