The Global Defense Initiative (GDI) is an open organization dedicated to the protection of our members. As a member of GDI, you will receive the protection of GDI forces. Unless you have attacked a country twice or more, that country will only be able to commit the following attacks or harmful spy ops against you: standard strikes, planned strikes, steal tech, bomb banks, burn oil, and burn bushels. However, we require your assistance in return. You will be required to pay $5 per acre of land you own to the GDI fund as long as you are with us. In addition, you will not be allowed to commit offensive acts which are not standard strikes, planned strikes, or beneficial spy ops against other countries unless they have attacked you more than once. You can only join GDI if you haven't attacked or done a harmful spy op and cannot leave after joining. In the final six hours of the game, you will not be able to engage in any offensive actions against countries that have not hit you at least once.

According to Express GDI, SS, PS, Steal Tech, bomb banks, burn oil and burn bushels are all allowable.

I brought this question up before in Strategy forums and someone pointed out that people were abusing it (espionage) on Express and that the mods disabled it. Well, I joined GDI on turn 1, and someone burned my bushels. Does this mean that person was mistaken? I mean how were they able to commit a harmful spy ops on me while in GDI (note: I have not double tapped anyone this set).

bomb banks and bushels is still doable even with GDI.

I have 16 bonnus points, and have not hit or spied.

Join GDI first (go to Main Menu; GDI). Then you can go to the bonus screen and use the 16 points to make it free.

are you serious here? you listed the ops you are able to do in GDI 2 times in that post, then question why someone was able to burn your food

The GDI statement is inaccurate and should be updated. It states 'steal tech' is an allowable spy ops and it's not. In a different room, someone chimed in and stated that 'negative spy ops' were not allowed on Express. That's when I posted the question 'why was someone able to burn my food then?'. It turns out, you CAN do two specific negative spy ops: burn food and bomb banks.

I understand your disability, and I don't fault you for trolling the different rooms like a parasite, annoying and injecting your pessimistic doom on everyone. You even quote someone's annoyance with you as your signature like it's some sort of trophy.

IF you had any morals, you would have been a non-Sofer a long time ago. For several reasons. What alliance did you played this reset ? the answer defines and bolds your moral thinness.
