Varies man just as it does when you put up any other goods or tech for any price. I don't know the algorithm but to answer your question you don't get the money right away and I think most will take somewhere between 15-25min like everything else .
If you sell a few dif techs all at 1000, each respective tech will have its own arrival time on the market

its 15-40 mins (15-45 mins says sell page) before techs reach market and few mins-few hrs to sell (sells quicker if some1 has standing orders above price you are selling).

I thought Technology below $1000 gets auto sold?

1000 auto sells instantly once hitting market. But that takes up to 45 minutes to arrive.

If you can afford the turns sell two or three blocks of tech at 1k and then two or three more. Keeps the waiting time down a bit.
