IMP does not wish to claim victory. A few CHAOS strings, on average, were some of the worst-built countries and worst stone-walling efforts I have experienced since the game ownership change.

I purposefully targeted countries I knew were online just to get something out of it.

Chaos would have lost in the end just thru the sheer number of turns and countries available to us. Chaos wouldn't have had the ability to kill enough countries to really slow our restarting down. Unlike chaos, our members had a reason to fight all reset,chaos didn't want a drawn out war.

I prefer killing countries that are online. Much more fun to close you hands slowly around the throat and squeeze then firing from far away when no one is looking.
