yea it happens. if i don't get missile on 1st 20 turns then i almost believe that game is bugging.

on ffa-server 1 of my cashers has 12 missiles w/o single warf techpoint.

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

ELKronos: Patty is more hairy.

it still has a .2% chance marshal so 4320 base turns in 60 days, 12 missiles is kinda low :P
