I do.

Sometimes over $1mill corruption is acceptable. For example:
If you produce $13.5 mill cash per turn (in w/e you produce) and food is $38.
You can buy 355k bushels * -$3/bushel loss = -1065K
So any corruption less than that is acceptable.
