I landgrabbed a country yesterday when he was clanless. used the earthgraphs to find him, just thought he was a bot. So anyways, he starts sending me messages that he just joined CC and i'm in a lot of trouble.. He then tries to landgrab me and fails. I go.. Oh, do you even know Akula or Donny. He has no clue. He just starts chirping at me.

Does CC retaliation policy apply to situations where the initial landgrab occurred outside of CC? The lack of disrespect this guy is showing has me really irritated.

untagged is untagged - in our case, multiple hits = kill, especially where it comes from untagged countries
which is why the emphasis is put on everyone tagging up something
