Can we run different start / end times every now and then admins?

I can see where this current time could be a prob for some. Probably not easy to change. But i wouldn't mind every other set changing by 12 hours.

Wouldn't that mess up bonuses?

I all ready have issues syncing to the current set start time.

I wouldn't be against a "longer" set duration. Like 1 set goes 3 days and another goes 4 where they would reboot consecutively. The 1-2 day wait for the server to start is a drag.

It even be cool to have a 7 day express occasionally.

I understand this could really mess up the leader boards though. To date all past scores are synced at the current set times. The records would have to be divided between the different sets and their durations.

they could make express 12 hours longer, instead of 5 days its 5.5 days and then have a fixed 48 hour break between each set. that would work even with making it 1-3 hours longer. but it would rotate all the time.

would also be nice if it was made longer because all the old records would be beaten most likely, and a longer game makes techer less powerful too.

the end of the set is now 1am my time and when i have summer time its 2am my time. its workable but not always fun.

What I would not do is start griefing top players the sets i know I can't jump.

I can't say I have every wrecked a top players finish in express.

I routinely get griefed any time I wander into the top 25 with less than twelve hours to go. That is part of the game like guys who think highest NW is the way to win or guys who go for the most kills. Stay small with tons of turns til the end and you probably wont get griefed.

mehul's expresses were originally real sprint expresses where sleeping wasn't necessarily option.

I hate it when I go to bed in First place and wake up and log in, and I am now at 51st. having to sleep, suck in express, I lose to much ground.
