It would be nice to have a way to real time chat with alliance members from within the game. My vision would be that it would be an facebook'ish type of chat bar at the bottom of a page that is pretty much hidden unless you click on it then it would pop up a chat with your alliance. This would help smaller alliances that may not be utilizing IRC etc. It would give more interactivity between teammates and could help drive engagement.
