By the way there was a sealed indictment in that case that has not become unsealed yet. In theory since the statute of limitations on those violations is actually 10 years, they're probably just going to follow judicial precedent and indict after he leaves office. They would, however, rush thru a foreign emoluments case because the statute is 8 years. For that reason i bet the emoluments case is intentionally stalled to see if trump wins a 2020 election. And the SDNY will become the Mueller of those 2 years if he wins. If he doesn't win, i bet he's indicted within days of leaving office.
