So technically you are not on probation yet or sentenced??
The only reason I said something at first was how quick it was...because I have had 3. the court process took several months, my first one I had a good attorney and there was some legal messups that got it dropped, but yeah you don't get sentenced until the final court hearing. Don't listen to the bailsbondsman Jayr, he isn't the judge ;)

All my legal mishaps have taken 6-12mo to get settled. With this being said, how much was.bond since u needed a bondsman?

Bond was set @ $1,500, so it was $150 to get me out. Bondsman said I cant drink, leave the county, and I have to check in every Monday until my court hearing...it sucks

interesting, never knew a bondsman could do that. But he isn't probation man. In the meantime, I have no clue if legally he could breathalize you... I am not gonna give you ways to enable the drinking though to get around it.

If you are out on your own recognizance under bail conditions its the judge who will order you not to consume or possess alcohol or drugs until the trial. The police have a right to search your residence to do a bail check.
