I had a guy bounce an attack on me this week, I had some weapons and only 300k turrets at the time, and he had $6m+ net, so im assuming no shortage of jets.
First one I realised what had happened (forgot to give him his Weapons tech). Next two were mysteries. But I had been very hasty doing the calculations and was then FAR too pissed off to check what went wrong carefully.
If the target has a defence bonus gotta allow for that too.
And add 10% to take out the built in random element.
Take off any reduction for readiness below 100% (but only down to 70%).
Allies at the end. They contribute 25% of their standing army troops, turrets and tanks but don't get any bonuses and don't (I think) suffer any readiness reduction.

Raw Break/2 = Jets to Break
Jets to Break / Your Wep Tech = Your Jet Break
Your Jet Break / PS Power(1.5) = Your Jet PS Break
I don't waste my time spying the defense allies. Its noob and you loose more jets but I don't have the time. For on the fly I just add the max power they could get. Which is up to double their defense. So I just send a PS at my SS break.
